The travel grant awardees to attend the JNS meeting in 2017 have been selected

FENS provided four travel grants to help young investigators, PhD or MSc students to attend the 40th Annual Meeting of Japan Neuroscience Society (Neuroscience 2017: Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, 20-23 July).

The FENS travel grants awardees (listed in the alphabetical order) are: 

- Kenta Hagihara (Friedrich Miescher Institute, Basel, Switzerland)

- Nikolaos Karaolis (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Planegg-Martinsried, Germany)

- András Szőnyi (Laboratory of Cerebral Cortex Research, Institute of Experimental Medicine of the Hungarian Academy of Science, Budapest, Hungary)

- Gido van de Ven (MRC Brain Network Dynamics Unit, University of Oxford, UK)
