.: FENS Schools 1997-2005

One of the statutory goals of FENS is to advance research and education in the neurosciences, through meetings, schools, courses and workshops.

To this end, FENS organised Summer and Winter Schools in the years in which there was no Forum meeting until the year 2005. Starting from 2006 the new Programme of European Neuroscience Schools will continue to foster this goal.
