FENS is located just between two metro stations (Troon/Trône and Porte de Namur/Naamsepoort) - Metro Lines are 2 and 6.
From Brussels airport
The airport line to the city centre runs as number 12 (express) from Monday to Friday until 8pm and number 21 (all stops) after 8pm and on weekends. The bus station is located on level 0 of the airport (one floor down from the Arrivals hall).The lines, operated by STIB/MIVB, depart from platform C. The journey takes about 30 minutes. The FENS office is a short walk from Place du Luxembourg stop.
Fares as of January 2015. From/to the airport: 4 € (bought in advance) and 6 € (on-board). The ticket is valid one hour on the whole STIB/MIVB bus-metro network.

The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level-1). Up to 4 trains an hour connect the airport to Brussels North, Brussels Central and Brussels Midi stations.
Fares from the airport to Brussels (any station) as of January 2015. 2nd class: one way: 8.50 € return: 17.00 €. 1st class: one way: 10.30 € return: 20.60 €
From Charleroi airport
A shuttle coach departs for the main Brussels railway station (Brussels Midi) every 30 minutes. The shuttle coach stop is located at the intersection of rue de France and rue de l'Instruction.

Take the tunnels until the exit Porte de Namur/Naamsepoort (please, consider that there are parking fees in the area).
