Our project focuses on high resolution connectivity analysis of the dorsal mouse gyrus dentatus in health and epilepsy. The project will use super resolution light sheet fluorescence microscopy to reveal different connectivity motifs in expanded hippocampal preparations of different rAAV labeled transgenic mice. Connectivity analysis on our 3D datasets will be performed using automated segmentation and cell detection tools.
