The main research focus of my lab is to understand the molecular and cellular mechanisms of the human neurodevelopmental processes and their comparative analyses with rodents and non-human primates. One line of our research is spatio-temporal analysis of the human brain transcriptome during development by leveraging innovative technology with the in situ hybridization of selected candidate genes coupled to immunohistochemistry or immunoflurescence.
