Description:

We have a position open for a postdoctoral fellow available in the team Cell-Cell interaction in Neurodegenerative diseases: Models and Biotherapies”, at CEA- MIRCen in the UMR9199 lab. The starting date is July 2022.

The position is financed by a grant from French National Research Agency (ANR). The project is directed by Dr Anselme Perrier (co-team leader), and involves a close collaboration with the team of Dr Ronald Melki in the same laboratory. The selected candidate will work on unravelling the properties of different strains of alpha synuclein aggregates in human neuronal networks reconstructed using human iPS cells (see Gribaudo et al. 2019)

Requirements: The applicant must hold a PhD in neurosciences or related field. We search an applicant with experience in in vitro neuronal cell culture or human iPSC culture and neuronal differentiation.
