Postdoctoral positions in neural circuit mechanisms of learning and memory

Position: Post-doctoral Position

Deadline: 31 May 2022

City: Riverside

Country: United States

Institution: UC Riverside

Department: Molecular, Cell and Systems Biology

Description:

Two postdoctoral positions are available in the Cho laboratory at the University of California, Riverside. Our research program is focused on the neural circuit and synaptic plasticity mechanisms of emotional learning and memory (https://profiles.ucr.edu/app/home/profile/juncho). Projects funded by the NIH will incorporate memory engram cell labeling, electrophysiological analysis, two-photon microscopy, virus tracing, and optogenetic/chemogenetic control of neural circuits in transgenic mouse models.
