The Neuro – Irv and Helga Cooper Foundation Open Science Prizes recognize and reward exceptional contributions to Open Science in neuroscience. Organized by the Tanenbaum Open Science Institute at The Neuro (McGill University), these annual global awards include a major International Prize and several Trainee Prizes, totalling $100,000 CAD. They celebrate individuals and teams advancing transparency, accessibility, and collaboration in neuroscience. Applications are open to researchers and trainees worldwide.

Eligibility: Open to researchers and trainees active in the field of neuroscience. Awarded to an individual or a group of five individuals working in research organizations or Open Science non-profits around the world who have maintained, valorized, and/or delivered Open Science practices, policies, or tools that have had a demonstrable impact on neuroscience research. The International Prize can be awarded in recognition of a single project, or a series of contributions to Open Science in neuroscience.
