The call for the FENS Forum 2024 Networking and Satellite Events is officially open! This is your opportunity to actively shape the scientific programme of Europe’s largest neuroscience congress and maximise your event’s visibility. FENS Forum 2024 promises to be an unforgettable experience where you can connect with peers, institutions and organisations while learning the latest advancements in neuroscience.

Networking Events are evening events that provide an excellent opportunity for attendees to connect with their peers and network with institutions and organisations in a personal and lively atmosphere.

Satellite Events offer you the chance to host independent events that align with the Forum’s scope. Satellite events will be advertised on the Forum website.

Submission for Networking and Satellite Events will remain open until 6 December 2023.

All Forum deadlines end at 23:59 pm CEST/CET.

22 February 2023 – Opening of the call for symposia and technical workshops

22 May 2023 – Deadline for the submission of symposia and technical workshops

14 July 2023 – Sponsorship and Exhibition opportunities open

13 September 2023 – Opening of the call for satellite and networking events

2 November 2023 – Deadline of the call for FENS 2024 Social Media Ambassadors 

29 November 2023 – Opening of the call for early registration, abstract submission and FENS travel grants

6 December 2023 – Deadline for the submission of satellite and networking events

9 February 2024 – Deadline of the call for early registration, abstract submission and FENS travel grants

Programme Committee of the FENS Forum 2024!

FENS is delighted to announce the composition of the FENS Forum 2024 Programme Committee!

Discover who will be preparing the scientific programme of the next edition of the Forum, taking place on 25-29 June 2024 in Vienna, Austria.

Chaired by Liset Menendez de la Prida (ES), the Programme Committee will independently prepare and supervise the FENS Forum’s scientific programme and select the plenary and special lecturers, symposia and technical workshops.
