Travel grants for the Annual Meeting of the Society for Neuroscience

In odd years, FENS offers travel grants for FENS members to attend the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience (SfN).
10 grants of 2000 EUR each are available.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- FENS member
- Must be a PhD student or a postdoctoral fellow maximum 8 years post PhD at the nomination deadline, excluding any periods of parental or (documented) health-related leave
- Participation in the meeting with an abstract as first author
You are not eligible to apply if you received a travel grant or stipend for another FENS meeting taking place in 2023 or for the IBRO World Congress 2023. If you are selected for an SfN 2023 travel grant you will also not be eligible to receive a travel grant or stipend for another FENS meeting taking place in 2023.
Please note that submitting your abstract with your FENS travel grant application is NOT the same as submitting an abstract or registering to SfN. Please follow the registration and abstract submission procedure on the SfN website.
The grant will be transferred to your bank account after you present yourself personally at the FENS booth during the SfN 2023 meeting.
The applications for the 2023 SfN meeting closed on 14 June 2023.
