Description:

We seek a candidate with a PhD in neuroscience/neuroendocrinology. Experience in working with rodents is required. You will work on your own project, supported by technicians and surrounded by a team of PhD students and postdocs that work with similar and other technologies in the field of neural circuits in eating disorders. The project focuses on exploring leptin as treatment for anorexia nervosa in the activity-based anorexia model. It is a full-time position. Knowledge of neuroscience and experience with rodent handling are required. The candidate needs to have good writing and presenting skills (in English). We encourage and support the candidate to develop his/her own project within the interest of our research team.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced scientist with strong expertise in neuroendocrine and behavioral neurobiology and experience in optimizing ELISAs. It is essential that the applicant is able and interested in working in a unique multidisciplinary team with researchers from several universities involved in this project. Knowledge of neuroscience and experience with rodent handling are required. The candidate needs to be proficient in English.
