Under the main topic “Technology-supported treatment strategies – current practice and future perspectives”, the German Congress on Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders will provide information on the latest state of research, diagnostics and therapy of movement disorders.
In hands-on courses there will also be the opportunity to expand practical skills under the guidance of proven specialists and to discover new things for oneself. Moreover, because interdisciplinary care is increasingly becoming the focus of treatment, the programme of events will be supplemented with specialised lectures in the Multidisciplinary Academy.
In terms of content and organisation, the congress is being organised in close cooperation between the German Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Society (DPG) and the Botulinum Toxin Research Group (AkBoNT).
