Interactions of Neurotrophin Signaling in Development and Disease

The Neurotrophic Mechanisms in Health and Disease GRS provides a unique forum for young doctoral and post-doctoral researchers to present their work, discuss new methods, cutting edge ideas, and pre-published data, as well as to build collaborative relationships with their peers. Experienced mentors and trainee moderators will facilitate active participation in scientific discussion to allow all attendees to be engaged participants rather than spectators.

This meeting aims to expand our collective understanding of the biology of neurotrophic factors, while providing an introduction to the topics to be discussed during the Gordon Research Conference. The seminar is designed to establish connections and foster a sense of community among trainees, through discussion of unpublished work and emerging methodologies. Short talks will be selected from submitted abstracts, and all GRS attendees will have the opportunity to present their work in poster sessions.

Please note that the deadline for abstract submission to be considered for oral presentations has been extended to March 15, 2025.
