The European Journal of Neuroscience will be involved in a series of events at the FENS Forum. These events include award and feature lectures but also Special Interest Events and Open Theatre sessions aimed at discussing scientific publishing, making journals more inclusive or increasing your chances of getting your research published.

This workshop will also discuss controversies related to the quality assessment of peer-reviewed publications.

Special Interest Event 12: Papermill articles in neuroscience 18.45-20.30
Scientists might turn to paper mills to buy papers or data because they need scientific publications to boost their output or get promotions. This Special Interest Event will present the latest facts on this trend, discuss possibilities to detect these constructed manuscripts and prevent them from being published.
This special interest event is organised by the FENS Committee for Higher Education and Training (CHET).
