FENS is delighted to announce that the FENS Forum 2028, hosted by the British Neuroscience Association (BNA), will take place in the fabulous city of Glasgow, Scotland
Though there’s some time to go before we meet in Scotland’s beautiful and often-voted ‘friendliest city’, we’re already looking forward to joining scientists from the many different countries of Europe and beyond, and sharing in the exciting science that will be showcased at the meeting.
BNA President, Professor Tara Spires-Jones said: “We are delighted that the British Neuroscience Association will be the Host Society for the Federation of European Neuroscience’s Forum 2028 in Glasgow. We look forward to helping FENS create a vibrant programme of public events alongside welcoming neuroscientists from around the world to Glasgow to share their exciting research and network with their peers. Get out your ceilidh shoes, neuroscientists, the FENS Forum is coming to Scotland!”
BNA Chief Executive, Dr Laura Ajram, also commented: “We are thrilled to have the honour of supporting FENS as the host society in 2028 and are looking forward to working closely with our membership across the UK and Ireland to deliver a fantastic delegate experience. It is vital that UK neuroscience remains at the heart of Europe and this will be a great way of celebrating our many collaborations with our European partners and planning new connections for the future.”
