Hans-Joachim Pflüger new member of IBRO

The Governing Council of the International Brain Research Organisation (IBRO) has elected new members to the Western European Regional Chapter (WERC).

The purpose of the IBRO WERC committee is to foster neuroscience in Western European countries, promoting mobility in and out Europe and sustaining educational programmes.
