Students Travel Awards to the FENS Meeting 2014:The Sieratzki family and the Israeli Society for Neuroscience (ISFN) Award

Six travel awards of NIS 2,000 are awarded to excellent students to attend the FENS 2014 Meeting in Milan. Three are donated by the Sieratzki family and three by the Israeli Society for Neuroscience.

Requirements:
1] PhD students at one of the Israeli institutions of higher education may apply.
2] Presentation at the ISFN 2013 meeting (oral presentation will be given a preference)
3] Students with published papers will be given preference (especially first authorship or shared authorship publications and impact).
4] Acceptance for presentation at FENS
5] Two letters of recommendation, one from the mentor and one from an independent scientist.
6] Recipients of the Sieratzki awards will be required to present posters at the Annual Sieratzki Prize Ceremony which will take place at the Tel Aviv University Board of Governors Meeting, May 15-18, 2014. The specific date will be announced with the prize announcement and the checks will be presented at the ceremony.(http://www.brain.tau.ac.il/sieratzki/)
