• Fee: FENS Members: 520 EUR
  FENS Non-members: 640 EUR
• Registration fee covers tuition, accommodation and meals.
• 4 Stipends are available for the FENS-Hertie Winter School. They are destined for candidates who lack funding or work in remote countries. Selection is based on merit and need. You can apply for a stipend during the application process.
• Please note that if you already benefited from a FENS stipend for any training activity in 2022, you are not eligible to receive a stipend for the Winter School 2022.
• Cancellation policy:
  If the participant cancels their participation, the following refunds apply:
  • Cancellations by 29 November 2022: 100% refund
  • Cancellations between 30 November – 29 December 2022: 80% refund
  • Cancellations between 30 December 2022 – 14 January 2023: 25% refund
  • Cancellations between 15 January – 29 January 2023: no refund
  Please inform schools@fens.org as soon as possible.
  In case FENS has to cancel the School, we will naturally reimburse all participants fully.
