Registration fee
FENS Members: 520 EUR
FENS Non-members: 640 EUR
The registration fee covers tuition, accommodation and meals.
Stipends
4 Stipends are available for the FENS-Hertie Winter School to cover the registration fee. They are destined for candidates who lack any other source of funding or work in remote countries. Selection is based on merit and need. You can apply for a stipend during the application process.
Please note that if you already benefited from a FENS stipend for any training activity in 2024, you are not eligible to receive a stipend for the Winter School 2024.
Cancellation policy
If a participant cancels their participation, the following refunds apply:
- Cancellations by 28 September 2024: 100% refund
- Cancellations between 29 September – 28 October 2024: 80% refund
- Cancellations between 29 October – 13 November 2024: 25% refund
- Cancellations between 14 – 28 November 2024: no refund
