Single-cell and spatial omics have become essential tools for dissecting the complex cellular landscape of the brain, uncovering a previously unappreciated cellular diversity underlying brain function and pathology.
In this Winter School participants will be introduced to the latest approaches in single-cell and spatial omics—including transcriptomics, epigenomics, lipidomics, and proteomics—and learn how these transformative technologies are reshaping our knowledge of brain heterogeneity, function, and pathology.
The course is designed for PhD students and early postdoctoral researchers with a strong interest in applying single-cell and spatial omics in neuroscience. It offers a unique opportunity to engage with leading scientists in the field and will foster an interactive, collaborative environment encouraging participants to discuss their own research and build new collaborations in this rapidly evolving field of neuro-omics.
